Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

This position would require an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience configuring SAP in a professional environment on SAP ERP 6.0 HCM or higher. Experience with full life cycle SAP implementation projects Good understanding of SAP Payroll (US and Canada), positive time management, PA, OM, Benefits Strong knowledge of related business and implementation processes with SAP HCM Good understanding of integration with on prem and third party vendors. Knowledge of SF EC and ECP will be added advantage ( RBPs, Portlets, Business Rules, Time Off) Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective. Experience with Agile and SAP Support methodologies Excellent Analytical and Communication skills Experience in leading small teams in global delivery model across time zones Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel .

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
