The Technology Engagement & Adoption Strategist is responsible for promoting awareness, engagement, and sustained usage of TEE services and tools. This role focuses on driving user enablement through training, content alignment, and governance.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and manage engagement with TEE services such as the PowerBar, Tips of the Week, custom enablement content as well as virtual and in-person technology training sessions or workshops.
Align enablement and engagement strategies with organizational goals and employee- personas.
Develop and deliver custom content, campaigns, and communications to support meaningful technology adoption.
Conduct regular governance reviews to share insights, employee stories, productivity improvements and the overall effectiveness of the program Monitor employee feedback to inform custom content and engagement strategies.
Set up and maintain the Learning Management System (BrainStorm) to align with the client objectives.
Identify and support solutions based on metrics and feedback.
Qualifications
------------------
3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, training, communications, or change management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and employee enablement strategies.
Experience developing and facilitating training content and campaigns for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage, Service Now, etc.
