Key Responsibilities :Lead and support the delivery of large-scale IT initiatives by coordinating efforts across squads, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget objectives are met
Monitor day-to-day progress of assigned initiatives and provide regular updates to the Director Tech Products Delivery and relevant stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business needs and priorities
Identify delivery dependencies and coordinate with impacted teams to maintain alignment and unblock progress
Contribute to the definition and refinement of delivery timelines and milestones, ensuring they reflect scope and resource realities
Actively participate in agile planning sessions, including PI planning and sprint reviews, to align on priorities, scope, and dependencies
Stay informed on industry trends and support the evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to logistics and transformation initiatives
Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience
5-8 years of experience in IT project delivery or program coordination, ideally in cross-functional and agile environments
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with the logistics and e-commerce sector (an asset)
Good understanding of modern development lifecycles and planning processes
Experience applying agile delivery frameworks and practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Spotify model)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives or changing priorities effectively
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, both technical and business-focused
Proven track record of coordinating complex, multi-squad IT initiatives
Comfortable working with product roadmaps and delivery milestones in collaboration with Product Managers
Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to identify risks and resolve blockers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
Certified Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent (an asset)
