About you:
We are looking for a leader to oversee large, complex technology programs in the Capital Markets space, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams while ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines program management, client account leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in leading Capital Market platforms.
The work:
Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location
Ability to act as Client account Platforms Manager for various clients
Ability to act as delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work
Ability to originate sales and manage opportunities
Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors
Proven in depth knowledge and recognized market track record with one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,...)
What you need:

Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
