We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technologue en physiotherapie to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting physiotherapists by providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the rehabilitation process. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist physiotherapists in the assessment and treatment of patients with various physical conditions. Implement treatment plans as directed by physiotherapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities. Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising physiotherapist. Educate patients on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in physiotherapy technology or a related field. Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a clinical setting is an asset but not mandatory. Proficiency in both French and English is preferred.
