• Supporter techniquement l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe en cours de projets en fonction des besoins (de A \xc3\xa0 Z);
• G\xc3\xa9rer et superviser les travaux de chantier et s\xe2\x80\x99assurer de la conformit\xc3\xa9 et la qualit\xc3\xa9 de ceux-ci;
• Assurer le suivi des travaux de chantier et des budgets;
• Assurer le suivi et le respect des contrats;
• Participer aux r\xc3\xa9unions de chantier, r\xc3\xa9diger les comptes rendus et les rapports de suivi de progression des travaux;
• Assurer une communication efficace entre l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, le client et les intervenants;
• Proposer des solutions techniques innovantes;
• Contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe technique en place par le partage de ses connaissances;

REQUIS

• Formation professionnelle en technologie de l\xe2\x80\x99architecture (DEC);
• De 5 \xc3\xa0 15 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience, dont un minimum de 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en surveillance de chantier;
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du logiciel Revit;
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais (oral et \xc3\xa9crit).

WHO WE ARE Founded in 2009 through the integration of the Nomade architectural firm, Sid Lee Architecture is led by architects and senior partners Jean Pelland and Martin Leblanc. The team includes some 60 architecture and interior design professionals. The firm offers a wide range of services: urban analysis and development strategy, mixed-use developments, multi-unit residential projects, leisure and hospitality, corporate office design and retail. ROLE Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Architectural Technologist will use their technical knowledge and experience in the field to work on various complex, large-scale projects. The candidate is meticulous, very detail-oriented, and has the ability to communicate with the various stakeholders on site. They are good at managing priorities and highly creative in their problem-solving. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to the team during projects, as needed (from A to Z).
• Manage and supervise site work and ensure its conformity and quality.
• Ensure the follow-up of site work and budgets.
• Ensure the follow-up and respect of the contracts.
• Participate in site meetings, and write minutes and progress reports.
• Ensure effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Suggest innovative technical solutions.
• Contribute to the technical team\xe2\x80\x99s development through knowledge-sharing.

REQUIREMENTS

• DCS in architectural technology.
• 5 to 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Bilingual: French and English (written and oral).
