Notre departement des technologies cherche un(e) Specialiste Support TI Junior pour accompagner nos utilisateurs internes.

Contribuez a batir l'avenir technologique de Damotech en assurant le bon fonctionnement des outils de l'entreprise. Sous la supervision du directeur technologie, il participe au soutien technique de premier niveau, a la resolution des incidents, ainsi qu'a l'installation et la configuration du materiel et des logiciels.

Responsabilites principales



Assurer le support technique de premier niveau (poste de travail, imprimantes, telephonie, reseau de base, comptes utilisateurs). Repondre aux demandes des usagers par telephone, courriel ou en personne, et documenter les interventions dans l'outil de gestion de tickets. Installer, configurer et mettre a jour les postes de travail (Windows/Mac), logiciels, peripheriques et applications internes. Gerer les acces utilisateurs (creation, modification, suppression). Effectuer le suivi et l'escalade des incidents non resolus vers le niveau superieur. Participer a la maintenance preventive et aux inventaires de materiel informatique. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des procedures et documentations de support.

Competences recherchees



Connaissances de base en systemes d'exploitation (Windows, macOS, Linux un atout). Notions en reseautique (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP). Familiarite avec Microsoft 365. Capacite a diagnostiquer et resoudre des problemes techniques simples. Bonne communication et sens du service a la clientele. Organisation, rigueur et capacite a travailler en equipe.

Profil recherche



Diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) en informatique, ou experience equivalente. 0 a 2 ans d'experience en soutien technique. Le bilinguisme est necessaire afin de servir nos employes travaillant a partir des Etats-Unis.

Our technology department is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to assist our internal users.Help shape Damotech's technological future by ensuring the smooth operation of the company's tools. Reporting to the Technology Director, you will provide first-level technical support, resolve incidents, and handle hardware and software installation and configuration.

Main Responsibilities



Provide first-level technical support (workstations, printers, telephony, basic networking, user accounts). Respond to user requests by phone, email, or in person, and document interventions in the ticket management system. Install, configure, and update workstations (Windows/Mac), software, peripherals, and internal applications. Manage user access (creation, modification, deletion). Follow up on and escalate unresolved incidents to the next support level. Participate in preventive maintenance and inventory of IT equipment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and documentation.

Desired Skills



Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS; Linux is a plus). Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP). Familiarity with Microsoft 365. Ability to diagnose and resolve simple technical issues. Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Candidate Profile



College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent experience. 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support. Bilingualism is essential to work with our employees based in Quebec and the United States.
