CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Realiser et superviser la mise en plans de projets complexes en structure. Coordonner les activites techniques avec les ingenieurs et autres professionnels impliques. Assurer la qualite technique des livrables et la rigueur des plans produits. Participer activement aux reunions de coordination et aux suivis de chantier. Soutenir, guider et former les techniciens, en collaboration avec l'equipe RH et technique. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des outils et des processus internes lies a la production technique.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

7 a 10 ans d'experience en tant que technicien(ne) dessinateur(trice) en structure Excellente maitrise du logiciel Revit Connaissance approfondie d'AutoCAD Solide comprehension de la lecture de plans de structure et du design structural Maitrise des structures en bois, beton, acier, maconnerie Bonne capacite a structurer et transferer des connaissances Fortes competences techniques + envie de transmettre ses connaissances Debrouillardise, rigueur, esprit d'equipe

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Produce and oversee the drafting of complex structural projects Coordinate technical activities with engineers and other involved professionals Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and the accuracy of produced drawings Actively participate in coordination meetings and site follow-ups Support, guide, and train technicians in collaboration with the HR and technical teams Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes related to technical production

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
