What you'll accomplish with us




As an REEE Technician, you'll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

Processing and analyzing various error reports following the receipt of REEE grant deposit files and ensuring follow-up. Performing financial and non-financial corrections to REEEs following different rejections. Handling the sending and receiving of federal and provincial grant files for all contracts on a monthly basis. Ensuring quality control of financial and non-financial transactions. Staying informed about administrative rules and changes to REEE product plans. Participating in the reconciliation process of grant accounting accounts. Proposing improvements to contract administration and taking ownership of implementing those approved by management. Keeping team procedures up to date.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a college diploma (DEC) in administration, financial services, or a related field; Has knowledge of REEEs (an asset); Is known for their attention to detail; Stands out for their analytical skills; Demonstrates strong learning ability; Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves reading and writing documentation in English and responding to emails from English-speaking advisors on a daily basis.
