Notre \xc3\xa9quipe de Paie recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Paie pour les accompagner dans leur t\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes, vos responsabilit\xc3\xa9s seront les suivantes:

• Pr\xc3\xa9parer et v\xc3\xa9rifier hebdomadairement les feuilles de temps selon les divers centres de co\xc3\xbbts ;
• Assurer les suivis avec les gestionnaires pour l\'approbation des feuilles de temps ;
• Participer et coordonner le traitement de paie pour 3 compagnies totalisant plus de 500 employ\xc3\xa9s, au Canada et USA ;
• Assister dans l\'administration des assurances collectives et REER;
• Effectuer des changements dans le profil des employ\xc3\xa9s;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s et assurer le suivi du dossier d\'employ\xc3\xa9;
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux diverses questions des employ\xc3\xa9s ;
• Produire et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour divers rapports et formulaires de paie;
• Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.

Our Payroll team is looking for a Payroll Technician to be part of their daily tasks, your responsabilities will be the following:

• Prepare and verify weekly timesheets according to the various cost centers;
• Follow-up with managers for approval of timesheets;
• Participate and coordinate payroll processing for 3 companies with over 500 employees in Canada and the USA;
• Assist in the administrative tasks for the insurances and RRSP;
• Make changes to employee profiles;
• Participate in the integration of new employees and follow up on employee files;
• Answer employees\' various questions;
• Produce and update various reports and payroll forms;
• All other related tasks

Qualifications

• Connaissances g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales des lois et r\xc3\xa8glements reli\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 l\'administration de la paie et des avantages sociaux (ex. : assurance emploi, imp\xc3\xb4t des particuliers, etc.);
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 respecter la confidentialit\xc3\xa9;
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression et de respecter les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers;
• Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail, de la qualit\xc3\xa9 et habilit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe;
• Connaissances du cycle complet de paie du Qu\xc3\xa9bec et de l\'Ontario;
• Connaissance d\'un syst\xc3\xa8me de paie (ADP Workforce Now - un atout).

• Certificat en administration des affaires ou en comptabilit\xc3\xa9;
• Poss\xc3\xa9der un minimum de 1 an d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en administration de la paie;
• Connaissance du fran\xc3\xa7ais (\xc3\xa9crit/parl\xc3\xa9) et de l\'anglais (\xc3\xa9crit/parl\xc3\xa9);
• Poss\xc3\xa9der une bonne ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Windows (Outlook, Word et Excel).

• Knowledge of the complete Quebec and Ontario payroll cycle;
• Knowledge of a payroll system (ADP Workforce Now - an asset).

• Certificate in business administration or accounting
• Minimum 1 year experience in payroll administration;
• Knowledge of French (written/spoken) and English (written/spoken)
• Good knowledge of Windows suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
