Poste ouvert : Technicien(ne) en genie mecanique - Modelisation 3D



Le ou la technicien(ne) en genie mecanique - Modelisation 3D est responsable de la programmation, de l'operation et de la mise en production de la machine d'impression 3D pour moules et noyaux de sable. Le titulaire du poste agit comme referent technique pour cette technologie au sein de l'entreprise et joue un role cle dans l'implantation, l'optimisation et l'exploitation quotidienne de l'impression 3D en environnement de fonderie aerospatiale.

En collaboration etroite avec les equipes d'ingenierie, de qualite et d'operations, il ou elle assure la performance, la fiabilite et la conformite des pieces produites, tout en contribuant a l'amelioration continue des procedes.

Vos responsabilites :



Modelisation 3D de pieces, moules et outillages Realisation de projets de reverse engineering (scan ? CAD) Tests, validation et optimisation des parametres de l'impression 3D sable Developper, documenter et maintenir les procedures, instructions de travail et bonnes pratiques Programmer la machine d'impression 3D sable (preparation des fichiers, parametres d'impression, sequences de production) Assurer la mise en marche, l'operation quotidienne et la supervision complete de la machine 3D Planifier, lancer et suivre la production des moules et noyaux imprimes en 3D Diagnostiquer les problemes techniques et assurer le depannage de premier niveau Collaborer avec le fournisseur et le support technique au besoin Former les employes concernes a l'utilisation securitaire et efficace de la machine Assurer la conformite aux exigences qualite, securite et normes applicables en aeronautique

Profil recherche :



DEC ou BAC en genie mecanique ou en fabrication mecanique Experience en modelisation 3D (CAD) et comprehension des procedes manufacturiers Interet marque pour l'impression 3D, l'automatisation et l'innovation technologique Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et a prendre en charge un nouvel equipement Aptitudes en resolution de problemes techniques et en amelioration continue Bilinguisme (francais-anglais) requis Niveau d'anglais avance, utilise sur une base hebdomadaire pour communiquer avec des clients, fournisseurs et partenaires majoritairement anglophones (Etats-Unis et international)

The

Mechanical Engineering Technician - 3D Modeling

is responsible for the

programming, operation, and production start-up

of the sand 3D printing machine used for molds and cores. The position holder acts as the technical reference for this technology within the company and plays a key role in the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operation of 3D printing in an aerospace foundry environment.

Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams, the incumbent ensures the performance, reliability, and compliance of produced components while actively contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities



3D modeling of parts, molds, and tooling Execution of reverse engineering projects (scan ? CAD) Testing, validation, and optimization of sand 3D printing parameters Develop, document, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and best practices Program the sand 3D printing machine (file preparation, printing parameters, production sequencing) Ensure start-up, daily operation, and full supervision of the 3D printing machine Plan, launch, and monitor the production of 3D-printed molds and cores Diagnose technical issues and perform first-level troubleshootin Collaborate with equipment suppliers and technical support as required Train relevant employees on the safe and effective use of the machine Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable aerospace standards

Candidate Profile



DEC or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Experience in 3D modeling (CAD) and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes Strong interest in 3D printing, automation, and technological innovation Ability to work independently and take ownership of new equipment Strong technical problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Bilingual (French-English) required, Advanced level of English, used on a weekly basis to communicate with primarily English-speaking customers, suppliers, and partners in the United States and internationally.
