CE QUE VOUS FEREZ



Veiller au bon fonctionnement des systemes mecaniques, electriques, de plomberie, de protection contre les incendies et de securite des personnes Repondre aux demandes de services des locataires a travers la plateforme PRISME Executer les taches d'entretien general, suivant les besoins Surveiller les travaux confies a forfait et rapporter les anomalies Assurer le respect des normes du batiment Inspecter le batiment sous tous les angles de fonctionnement (interieur et exterieur) et s'assurer que les correctifs et l'entretien soient executes adequatement Executer les travaux de quincailleries de portes, platrage, peinture, tuiles de plafond/plancher, et autres travaux de reparations interieures de base Maintenir l'ordre et la proprete dans les locaux de maintenance et d'entretien Inspecter les systemes de securite sur une base reguliere (systemes d'alarmes, lumieres d'urgence, extincteurs, gicleurs) Responsable de la mise a jour de Risk Check et validation avec l'equipe d'operation Participer aux reunions operationnelles, de SST Faire les tournees SST et effectuer les correctifs necessaires Gestion du systeme de cles et systeme d'acces Travailler etroitement avec les equipes de gestion et d'operations Toutes autres taches connexes au poste

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS



Detenir un DEP en entretien general d'immeubles sera considere comme un atout Experience en entretien d'immeubles Sens de l'initiative et de la debrouillardise, capacite a mener plusieurs taches de front et a resoudre des problemes de maniere autonome Aptitudes mecaniques seront considerees comme un atout Capacite a travailler en equipe, grande facilite avec les relations humaines et soucis du service a la clientele Etre familier/ere avec les divers logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office Bilingue, francais et anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit
La majorite du temps passe debout ou a marcher; deplacements frequents Soulever et transporter frequemment de l'equipement et des outils. Etre disponible en rotation les soirs et fins de semaine pour les appels d'urgence Avoir une voiture sera considere un atout pour le deplacement facile entre les proprietes du portefeuille (kilometrage rembourse).

Ce poste est a 100% en presentiel.

Interactions orales et/ou ecrites avec des partenaires externes bases a l'exterieur du Quebec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de credit, agences de credits, etc.) et clients, locataires provenant de l'exterieur du Quebec.*

Building Technician

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and personal safety systems Respond to tenant service requests through the PRISME platform Perform general maintenance tasks as needed Monitor contracted work and report anomalies Ensure compliance with building standards Inspect the building from all operational angles (interior and exterior) and ensure that corrections and maintenance are properly executed Perform door hardware maintenance, plastering, painting, ceiling/floor tile work, and other base building repairs Ensure order and cleanliness in maintenance areas Regularly inspect security systems (alarm systems, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, sprinklers) Responsible for updating Risk Check and validating with the operations team Participate in operational and OHS meetings Conduct OHS rounds and make necessary corrections Manage key system and access system Work closely with management and operations teams Any other tasks related to the position

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Diploma/certification in general building maintenance will be considered an asset Experience in building maintenance Sense of initiative and resourcefulness, ability to multitask and solve problems independently Mechanical aptitude will be considered an asset Ability to work in a team, great ease with human relations and customer service oriented Familiarity with various Microsoft Office suite software Bilingual, French and English, both oral and written
Majority of time spent standing or walking, frequent movement Frequently lift and carry equipment and tools Be available on rotation for evenings and weekends for emergency calls Having a car will be considered an asset to travel between properties in the portfolio (mileage is reimbursed).

This position is a 100% on-site position.

Oral and/or written interactions with internal and external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.) and out of Quebec customers and tenants.*
