En tant que nouveau Technicien.ne de service, vous repr\xc3\xa9senterez Atlas Copco en fournissant un service client de haut niveau lors de l\'entretien et de la maintenance de nos \xc3\xa9quipements pour les utilisateurs finaux et en \xc3\xa9tablissant des relations importantes avec notre client\xc3\xa8le. Vous b\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ficierez d\'un soutien continu pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques pr\xc3\xa9cieuses gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 des exp\xc3\xa9riences sur le terrain et \xc3\xa0 d\'autres ressources de formation propos\xc3\xa9es au sein de l\'entreprise.

Vos principales activit\xc3\xa9s seront

  • Assurer la maintenance et l\'entretien des produits Atlas Copco de nos clients, ainsi que des \xc3\xa9quipements d\'autres marques, et les conseiller sur le fonctionnement g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral de leurs machines et sur les besoins de maintenance tout en faisant la promotion des produits de service Atlas Copco.
  • Mettre en service de nouveaux \xc3\xa9quipements et diagnostiquer efficacement les pannes m\xc3\xa9caniques et \xc3\xa9lectriques des \xc3\xa9quipements des clients.
  • Soutenir notre base de clients locaux, d\xc3\xa9velopper de nouveaux clients et optimiser l\'utilisation du temps.
  • Prendre la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de mettre \xc3\xa0 jour ses connaissances sur les produits en lisant les manuels d\'instructions, les bulletins techniques, en se r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rant \xc3\xa0 tout autre syst\xc3\xa8me d\'information technique et aux autres ressources de l\'entreprise, et en participant activement aux programmes de formation propos\xc3\xa9s par l\'entreprise.
  • Repr\xc3\xa9senter fi\xc3\xa8rement l\'image d\'Atlas Copco lors des contacts avec le client en suivant et en appliquant les normes de l\'entreprise et en d\xc3\xa9passant les attentes de nos pr\xc3\xa9cieux clients.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les t\xc3\xa2ches administratives quotidiennes en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que les feuilles de pr\xc3\xa9sence, les bons de travail, les courriels et autres documents soient sign\xc3\xa9s par le client, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant, et soumis dans les d\xc3\xa9lais, ainsi qu\'en pr\xc3\xa9parant les rapports de service et en proposant des solutions strat\xc3\xa9giques aux probl\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Conseiller le directeur du service des op\xc3\xa9rations et/ou le vendeur de services sur toute nouvelle opportunit\xc3\xa9 commerciale.

Votre parcours et vos forces
  • Vous avez obtenu une certification dans l\'un des domaines suivants : \xc3\x89lectrom\xc3\xa9canicien.ne (DEP) ou vous avez des connaissances/exp\xc3\xa9rience similaires en m\xc3\xa9canique.
  • Vous pouvez communiquer en fran\xc3\xa7ais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'oral, et vous avez des connaissances de base en anglais (vous utiliserez des manuels de pi\xc3\xa8ces, des renseignements techniques, communiquerez avec des clients et \xc3\xa9crierez des rapports \xc3\xa9crits parfois en anglais).
  • Vous avez un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite vierge.
  • Vous aimez travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante et pouvez autog\xc3\xa9rer pour respecter les d\xc3\xa9lais et avancer dans vos t\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes.

Your new role will be

As our newest Service Technician, you will represent the face of Atlas Copco as you provide high-level customer service when providing service and maintenance to our equipment end users and building important relations with our customer base. You will be supported with continuous opportunities to develop valuable technical skills through on-the-job experiences and other training resources offered within the company.

The main activities you\'ll take care of
  • Carrying out maintenance and service on our customer\'s Atlas Copco products, as well as other brand equipment, and advising them about the general operations of their machines and maintenance requirements while promoting Atlas Copco service products
  • Commissioning new equipment and effectively diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment
  • Supporting our local customer base, developing new customers, and maximizing time utilization
  • Taking responsibility over opportunities to update your own product knowledge by reading instruction books, technical bulletins, in referring to any other technical information system, and other company resources, and by actively participating in the training programs as offered by the company
  • Proudly representing the face of Atlas Copco when connecting with the customer on hand by following and demonstrating company standards and exceeding the expectations of our valued customers
  • Managing daily administrative duties such as ensuring time sheets, work orders, emails and other documentation are signed by customer when applicable and submitted timely, as well as preparing service reports and offering strategic solutions to problems
  • Advising the operations service manager and/or the service salesman of any new business opportunity.

What will help you succeed in your new role
  • You have successfully received certification in one of the following areas: Electromechanic (DEP) or you have similar mechanical knowledge/experience
  • You can communicate both written and verbally in French and basic knowledge in English (will be using parts manuals/technical information/speaking with customers/creating written reports in English on occasion)
  • You have a valid driver\'s license and clean driver\'s abstract
  • You enjoy working independently and can self-manage to meet deadlines and move ahead in your daily tasks
  • You have great customer service and communication skills
  • You have good physical endurance and are comfortable working in conditions that involve frequent travel for both short and extended periods, occasional on-call schedule that can require evenings, weekends and holidays (in-case of customer emergency call), being hands-on using wrenches and other tools, lifting 50lbs regularly and working in extreme temperatures
  • You have computer skills (Microsoft Word/Outlook)
  • Experience servicing compressed air equipment (asset)
