MAIN FUNCTIONS

Relevant du Superviseur controle qualite, le technicien controle qualite devra principalement effectuer les analyses et les verifications necessaires afin d'assurer que les produits sont conformes en fonction des specifications etablies.


Responsabilites:


Effectuer les analyses microbiologiques, physico-chimiques et physiques; Inspecter les produits en cours et les produits finis; Inspecter les matieres premieres; Inspecter et approuver les salles et les appareils de production avant le demarrage de la production; Preparer les lames et les examens microscopiques; Preparer les milieux de culture, les solutions et le materiel servant aux analyses; Preparer les inoculums servant a la production des micro-organismes; Decontaminer le materiel par sterilisation; Assurer le respect des politiques C-TPAT, BPF, BPL, des procedures internes et des reglements de sante et de securite; Remplir les dossiers pertinents a la fonction; Veiller au respect des specifications du client; Participer a toutes autres taches connexes.

Detenir un diplome d'etudes collegiales en techniques de laboratoires, specialisation biotechnologies ou diplome equivalent Posseder une experience de travail dans un poste similaire
