Le/la technicien(ne) administratif travaille en collaboration avec les services clientele, comptabilite et ressources humaines afin d'effectuer diverses taches quotidiennes et mensuelles visant a assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau. Il apporte un soutien administratif au service de gestion et participe a differents projets.

Coordonner et rediger des communications et des procedures
- Coordonner et effectuer les differents activites administratives en support aux divers departements (ventes, qualite, comptabilite, ressources humaines, etc.)
-Assurer un support quotidien a la presidente et a l'equipe de direction
-Prise de commande et facturation
- Accueillir les visiteurs et prendre en charge la reception
- Assurer la gestion des communications et du courrier
- Participer aux divers projets de l'entreprise requerant un soutien administratif.

Profil recherche :

Diplome en administration ou tout autre domaine connexe
- Experience a titre de technicien administratif ou tout autre fonction similaire
- Maitrise avancee des logiciels de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint)
- Avoir un bon sens de l'urgence, de la planification et de l'organisation
- Faire preuve d'initiative, de debrouillardise et excellent service client
- Experience au sein d'une entreprise manufacturiere - un atout
- Bilinguisme requis (Francais et Anglais - parle et ecrit)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinate and write communications and procedures
- Manages and executes administrative activities in support of various department of the company (sales, quality, accounting, human resources, etc.)
- Provide a daily support to the president and the management team
- Preparing work orders and invoices
- Greet visitors and take charge of the reception
- Ensure the management of communications and mail
- Participate in projects that require an administrative support
- Any other required task
Requirements:
-
DEC in administration or any other related field
- Experience as administrative technician or other similar function
- Advanced MS Office software proficiency (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Have an excellent sense of urgency, planning and organization
- Versatile, has initiative, resourceful and excellent customer service
- Experience in a manufacturing company (asset)
- Bilingualism required (French and English - spoken and written)
