Ce \xc3\xa0 quoi ressembleront tes semaines :

• Soutien technique et du fonctionnement optimal du mat\xc3\xa9riel et des logiciels;
• R\xc3\xa9ponse aux demandes et incidents assign\xc3\xa9s par son responsable;
• Entretien du parc informatique;
• Installation/r\xc3\xa9installation des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation et des logiciels;
• Enregistrement et documentation de l\'ensemble de ses activit\xc3\xa9s dans l\'outil de gestion des demandes;
• Collaboration \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution d\'anomalies ou de probl\xc3\xa9matiques plus complexes avec le gestionnaire;
• Gestion et mise \xc3\xa0 jour des inventaires de logiciels, de mat\xc3\xa9riel ainsi que d\'outils informatiques vari\xc3\xa9s;
• Gestion \xc3\xa0 terme des am\xc3\xa9nagements informatiques demand\xc3\xa9s et participation active aux projets du d\xc3\xa9partement;
• Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes permettant de soutenir les \xc3\xa9quipes d\'un point de vue technologique.

Ce que nous recherchons :

• DEC ou AEC en en informatique ou formation et exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalentes;
• Minimum trois (3) ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinentes \xc3\xa0 l\'emploi;
• Excellente connaissance des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation : Windows, MacOS;
• Connaissance du mat\xc3\xa9riel, des composantes informatiques et des bonnes pratiques ITIL;
• Connaissance de base des r\xc3\xa9seaux TCP/IP et Active Directory;
• Connaissance des contraintes techniques propres \xc3\xa0 l\'univers des jeux vid\xc3\xa9o (un atout);
• Bonne ma\xc3\xaetrise de la langue fran\xc3\xa7aise et anglaise (\xc3\xa9crit et oral). Des habilet\xc3\xa9s en anglais sont requises pour la r\xc3\xa9alisation du travail comme nous collaborons avec des partenaires anglophones.

What your weeks are going to look like:

• Technical support and optimal operation of hardware and software;
• Respond to requests and incidents assigned by manager;
• Maintenance of computer equipment;
• Installation/reinstallation of operating systems and software;
• Recording and documenting all activities in the request management tool;
• Collaboration with the manager in resolving anomalies or more complex problems;
• Manage and update inventories of software, hardware and various IT tools;
• Management of requested IT upgrades and active participation in departmental projects;
• All other related tasks to support teams from a technological point of view.

What we\'re looking for :

• DEC or AEC in computer science or equivalent training and experience;
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience;
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS;
• Knowledge of hardware, IT components and ITIL best practices;
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Active Directory networks;
• Knowledge of technical constraints specific to the world of video games (an asset);
• Good command of French and English (written and spoken). English skills are required as we work with English-speaking partners.
