Responsabilites :

  • Offrir un soutien technique de haute qualite en anglais et en francais aux clients a travers le Canada et les Etats-Unis, soit par courriel et par telephone sur les pieces et differentes machines (lave-vaiselle, four, refrigerateur, etc.)
  • Diagnostiquer les problemes mecaniques et electriques
  • Saisir au systeme informatique les commandes de pieces
  • Rassembler des informations essentielles pour faciliter la production de bons de travail pour les partenaires de service
  • Assurer l'expedition rapide de pieces necessaires et fournir de la documentation au besoin
  • Trouver des solutions afin de resoudre les situations problematiques

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
  • Enter parts orders into the computer system
  • Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners
  • Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed
  • Find solutions to resolve problematic situations
Competences requises
  • Detenir un diplome en electromecanique (DEP, DEC)
  • Avoir 2 annees d'experience en soutien technique de pieces techniques
  • Avoir 2 annees d'experience au service a la clientele
  • Maitriser le francais et l'anglais (oral et ecrit) afin de repondre aux clients provenant du Canada et des Etats-Unis
  • Avoir une attitude dynamique
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, de fiabilite et d'entregent avec les clients
  • Habilete en resolution de problemes, polyvalence
  • Maitriser la suite office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et connaissance SAP (un atout)
  • Posseder un sens de l'organisation
  • Aimer apprendre

  • Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP, DEC)
  • Have 2 years of experience in technical support for technical parts
  • Have 2 years of experience in customer service
  • French and English (oral and written) in order to respond to customers from Canada and the United States
  • Have a dynamic attitude
  • Demonstrate autonomy, reliability and interpersonal skills with customers
  • Problem-solving skills, versatility
  • Master the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)
  • Have a sense of organization
  • Love to learn
