Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) en ophtalmologie motive(e), rigoureux(se) et passionne(e) par les soins aux patients pour se joindre a notre equipe. La personne ideale possede de solides competences techniques et relationnelles et aime travailler dans un environnement medical dynamique et stimulant.

Responsabilites :



Effectuer les examens preliminaires et les tests diagnostiques tels que l'acuite visuelle, la tonometrie et les scans OCT. Preparer les salles d'examen et le materiel pour les medecins et les patients. Accueillir et installer les patients dans les salles pour leurs rendez-vous, en s'assurant de leur confort et de la mise a jour de leurs dossiers. Mettre a jour les dossiers medicaux dans le systeme electronique (Tecksoft). Entretenir le materiel et veiller a la proprete et a l'organisation des salles d'examen. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les medecins, techniciens et le personnel administratif pour assurer le bon deroulement quotidien de la clinique.

Qualifications :



Diplome ou formation en assistance medicale ou en ophtalmologie (un atout). Experience en clinique ophtalmologique ou medicale souhaitee. Bonne maitrise de Tecksoft ou d'un logiciel medical similaire. Excellentes competences en communication en francais et en anglais, une autre langue est un atout. Personne fiable, motivee et capable de gerer plusieurs taches simultanement. Bon esprit d'equipe, sens de l'organisation et capacite d'adaptation.

Responsibilities:



Perform preliminary eye exams and diagnostic tests such as visual acuity, tonometry, and OCT scans. Prepare examination rooms and equipment for ophthalmologists and patients. Greet and prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring comfort and proper documentation. Manage and update patient files in electronic systems (Tecksoft). Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications:



Diploma or training in ophthalmic or medical assisting preferred. Experience in an ophthalmology or medical clinic is an asset. Proficient with Tecksoft or similar medical software. Strong communication skills in English and French, other languages are an asset. Reliable, motivated, and able to multitask effectively in a clinical setting. Excellent teamwork, organization, and adaptability.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
