CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Effectue des taches de maintenance et d'entretien tels que travaux de nettoyage, peinture et diverses reparations, gestion des extincteurs et systeme de protection incendie. Gere, coordonne et execute les reparations aux murs, portes, plafonds et fenetres, remplacement des tuiles de plafond ou planchers, toiture Gestion de l'inventaire des cles et de la serrurerie. Support au deneigement (trottoirs et toit). Assiste le personnel technique de maintenance dans leurs taches. (Travail d'equipe) Administre les activites faites par les contracteurs : controle d'acces, surveille les prestations, revues de prestation et des rapports produits. Procede a l'achat d'accessoires et equipements divers relatifs a la maintenance et l'entretien des batiments. Applique la procedure sur le controle parasitaire. Applique toutes les procedures a la gestion des installations. Effectue la relocalisation d'equipement et la fourniture de materiel, comme le papier, aux usagers. Participe activement au programme d'amelioration continue. Avise son superviseur de possibilites d'amelioration de ses methodes de travail. Participe a l'amelioration continue en identifiant des solutions et en les implantant. Supporte les activites et les correctifs lies a la securite des installations et du personnel.
