En tant que technicien d'entretien principal de CBRE, vous serez responsable de l'entretien des batiments de taille moyenne a grande, des systemes industriels et de l'equipement.
Ce poste releve du secteur des services techniques et d'ingenierie. Ce secteur d'activite a pour mission d'assurer le soutien, l'entretien preventif et les reparations des equipements et des systemes.
Vos responsabilites:
Superviser les entrepreneurs qui effectuent les inspections, l'entretien et les reparations des systemes mecaniques, electriques et autres systemes de construction.
Effectuer des inspections de maintenance de routine et diagnostiquer les problemes potentiels.
Coordonner avec les fournisseurs l'installation et la modification des equipements et des systemes des batiments.
Assigner des bons de travail et estimer le temps et les materiaux necessaires pour effectuer les reparations.
Favoriser une bonne gestion energetique en veillant a ce que tous les systemes du batiment fonctionnent de maniere efficace.
Etre le point de contact pour les situations d'urgence et les problemes qui surviennent pendant et en dehors des heures normales de travail.
Inspecter les nouvelles installations pour s'assurer qu'elles sont conformes aux codes du batiment et aux regles de securite.
Avoir une certaine connaissance des normes, avec une experience pratique limitee dans l'application de celles-ci.
Montrer l'exemple et agir conformement aux valeurs RISE de CBRE.
Avoir un impact sur la qualite de son propre travail.
Travailler dans le cadre de procedures et de pratiques normalisees afin d'atteindre les objectifs et de respecter les delais.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Oversee contractors who perform Inspections, maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
Coordinate with vendors the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Point of contact for emergency situations and issues that occur during and outside normal business hours.
Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Nos exigences :

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou d'equivalence d'etudes secondaires (GED) ou bien diplome d'un etablissement de formation professionnelle avec deux a trois ans d'experience professionnelle en lien avec l'emploi. Au lieu d'un diplome, une combinaison d'experience et de formation sera prise en consideration.
Capacite a effectuer des taches physiques, notamment se courber, se tenir debout, marcher, monter des escaliers et des echelles et soulever et transporter des charges lourdes d'au moins 50 livres.
Capacite a utiliser les procedures existantes pour resoudre des problemes standard.
Experience de l'analyse d'informations et de pratiques standard pour porter des jugements.
Connaissance approfondie des produits Microsoft Office. Par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Competences organisationnelles avancees et esprit de curiosite.
What You'll Need:
Must be eligible to pass the Controlled Good Program of Canada.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
