R\xc3\x89SUM\xc3\x89 DU POSTE

Ce poste a pour but de fournir des services d\'exploitation et de maintenance en soutien \xc3\xa0 une flotte de robots dans un milieu d\'entreposage et de logistique fonctionnant 24 heures par jour, 7 jours sur 7. Le titulaire du poste agit comme un expert en la mati\xc3\xa8re au sein du service et comme chef et mentor aux techniciens en robotique de niveau I et II.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

Encadrer et d\xc3\xa9finir les attentes en mati\xc3\xa8re de pratiques de travail s\xc3\xa9curitaires.

Fournir des conseils aux techniciens de niveau I et II sur le site. Agir comme mentor pour les techniciens de niveau I et II et offrir la formation requise.

Fournir une assistance de d\xc3\xa9pannage de haut niveau, y compris le diagnostic et la r\xc3\xa9paration de probl\xc3\xa8mes complexes au sein de la flotte.

Installer, entretenir et d\xc3\xa9panner les composants de contr\xc3\xb4le, les yeux photo\xc3\xa9lectriques, les capteurs de proximit\xc3\xa9, les servocommandes, les composantes technologiques et les encodeurs.

Utiliser sa connaissance des modules de communication Ethernet.

Assister les techniciens de service dans la r\xc3\xa9paration et l\'entretien de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement de manutention.

Effectuer les routines de maintenance pr\xc3\xa9ventive, remplir la documentation et respecter les proc\xc3\xa9dures.

Effectuer les changements de piles et faire l\'entretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif des piles.

Inscrire le temps d\'arr\xc3\xaat dans le registre quotidien et remplir les fiches d\'entretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif.

Faire l\'inventaire et approvisionner les stocks pour le service, incluant les pi\xc3\xa8ces de rechange.

Inscrire les communications par courriel et l\'entr\xc3\xa9e de donn\xc3\xa9es dans la base de donn\xc3\xa9es.

Effectuer les autres t\xc3\xa2ches assign\xc3\xa9es.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for working within a 24x7 warehouse/logistics environment providing operations and maintenance services to support a fleet of robots. Expected to be a subject matter expert within the department and will act as a lead and mentor to Robotics Technician I and II employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads and sets expectations for safe work practices.

Provides guidance to level I and II technicians at the site. Acts as a mentor for level I and II technicians and provides training as required.

Provides advanced troubleshooting support including diagnosing and repairing complex problems within the fleet.

Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots control components, photo eyes, proximity sensors, servo drives, techs, and encoders.

Utilizes knowledge of the Ethernet communication modules.

Assists Service Technicians repairing and maintaining material handling equipment.

Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.

Performs battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.

Enters downtime data in daily log, complete sPM sheets.

Tracks and stores the department\'s inventory, including spare parts.

Enters e-mail communication and date entry for database.

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Technical school certificate or AA in Electrical/Electronics. 7+ years experience in Automated systems and controls required. Electrical knowledge of basics components.
