About the Role

Provides comprehensive services to students, faculty, staff and external client of the audio-visual and computing equipment and facilities provided by IT Services at Vancouver Campus. Resolves minor software and IT Services equipment problems. The work includes evenings and weekend shifts, and the incumbent may be called upon on short notice to cover vacant shifts. Performs other duties and responsibilities consistent with the job description and classification on request.
