What you'll accomplish with us




As a Technician, Talent Acquisition (student), you'll be at the heart of our mission.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the team's general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner. Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately. Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday). Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients. Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.

We're looking for someone who:

Is known for their attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit. Stands out for their organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Is comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday). Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Advanced level of French required

, as the role involves regular communication with internal and external colleagues and partners, participation in meetings, and reviewing documentation in French.
