Supplier Revenue Technician



Department: Accounting Department

Location: Laval (4204 Industrial Blvd., Laval)

Hybrid mode: 3 days at the Laval office and 2 days remotely

Type of employment: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

THE ROLE

Under the responsibility of the Supplier Revenue Manager, within the accounting team, the Supplier Revenue Technician will provide valuable assistance to the marketing team to ensure compliance with discount agreements and billing deadlines negotiated with suppliers. The technician will work closely with supplier revenue analysts and category managers in our various divisions across Canada.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Extraction of promotional discounts from the accounting system and analysis of information in anticipation of making invoices to our suppliers;

Invoicing monthly and quarterly volume discounts to our suppliers;

Miscellaneous accounting entries;

Cheque cashing.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

Formation:

DEC in Accounting;

Experiences:

Two (2) years of relevant accounting or store experience;

Knowledge and skills:

Excellent command of office automation tools such as Excel and Word;

Be thorough, autonomous, and show initiative;

Know how to manage priorities while respecting deadlines;

Language skills:

Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) in both writing and speaking since the person will be called upon to serve the Anglophone and Francophone regions.
