This position reports to the Lab Supervisor and is located in Rocanville, SK. This position is not available for a remote work.

What you will do:

• Provide analytical support for daily plant statistical analysis, instrument calibration of lab, loading and plant analyzers (sizing & grade), train shipping requirements, metallurgical and mill troubleshooting projects
• Provide coverage for shift employees to train new lab employees, and to cover vacation and approved leaves.

What you will bring:

• Laboratory Technician Diploma required
• Stable work record with 3 to 5 years\' experience, preferably in an industrial environment is an asset
• Work experience in a lab environment would be an asset
• Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
• Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
