Objectif du poste
Le ou la technicienne - service client a pour mission de servir nos clients sur la route en assurant les interventions de maintenance, d'installation et de service sur nos systemes installes dans des immeubles de condos, multiplex et proprietes locatives. Cette personne repond aux appels de service afin de diagnostiquer, corriger et optimiser le fonctionnement des systemes Water-Protec, tout en offrant un service professionnel et courtois a la clientele.
Responsabilites principales
- Effectuer les entretiens et maintenances preventives dans les immeubles de condos et multiplex.
- Repondre aux appels de service et intervenir sur place pour diagnostiquer et resoudre les problemes techniques.
- Remplacer ou reparer les composants du systeme (capteurs, valves, panneaux de controle, etc.).
- Effectuer les tests de bon fonctionnement et valider la communication des systemes apres chaque intervention.
- Documenter les interventions dans le systeme interne et assurer un suivi professionnel aupres des clients.
- Maintenir a jour l'inventaire du vehicule de service et signaler les besoins en materiel.
- Collaborer avec l'equipe technique et le support interne pour assurer la satisfaction client.
Exigences
- Posseder une voiture personnelle pour les deplacements (indemnites de kilometrage offertes).
- Etre courtoise, professionnelle et orientee service a la clientele.
- Etre bilingue (francais et anglais), a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
- Etre habile de ses mains, curieuxse et motivee a apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
- Grande facilite a naviguer dans des systemes informationnels (applications, formulaires numeriques, plateformes internes).
- Etre autonome, responsable et organisee dans la gestion de son horaire et des interventions.
- Bonne condition physique pour le travail sur la route et les interventions techniques.

Position Objective
The service technician's role is to support our customers in the field by performing maintenance, installation, and service calls for Water-Protec systems in condominiums, multiplexes, and rental properties. The technician diagnoses, corrects, and optimizes system performance while providing professional and courteous service to customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance in condominium and multiplex buildings.
- Respond to service calls and perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
- Replace or repair system components (sensors, valves, control panels, etc.).
- Perform functional tests and verify system communication after each service call.
- Document all interventions in the internal system and provide professional follow-up with clients.
- Maintain the service vehicle inventory and report material needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team and internal support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Own a personal vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Be courteous, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Be bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
- Be hands-on, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Strong ability to navigate digital systems (apps, digital forms, internal platforms).
- Be autonomous, responsible, and organized in managing schedule and interventions.
- Good physical condition for field work and technical interventions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
