Duties
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals and expand our customer base.
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and gather market intelligence.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Skills
Electrical and/or Instrumentation Technologist and or C-TECH or C.E.T Designation or equivalent industry experience
Experience working in industrial facilities (plants, refineries, etc.)
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven experience in technology sales or outside sales roles, demonstrating a successful track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong business development acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in industries related to our products or services.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
