What will you do?
Hands-on application design, coding, and deployment
Liaison with business partners to delivery solution based on clients' needs
Provide technical influence by sharing deep knowledge and experience
Maintain code quality and best practices across the stack
Support and maintain the team application suites on various technical infrastructures and architectures.
Ensure system availability and lead the planning of disaster recovery
Help increase adoption of emerging technology within area of expertise
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must have:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. EE, physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrates strong team leadership and ability in written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project
Iterative and Agile delivery experience
5+ years of experience in C/C++ for Online and Batch, COBOL for Online as IMS transactions.
3+ years of experience in mainframe technologies: JCL, CLIST, IMS
Experience in DB2 in mainframes z/OS
Experience in SPLUNK and Dynatrace for analyzing application performance and investigations.
Mentor on standards and coding practices and debug very complex or urgent problems. Maximize reuse and build sustainable applications
Nice-to-have
:
Experience with various DevOps pipeline and tools such as Jenkins,, Apigee, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, UCD, etc.
Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
