Position: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid 2-3 Days in the Office)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will identify, attract, assess and present candidates for high volume and critical roles who have been developed through various sources including networks, LinkedIn, Indeed, company websites, referral and other talent recruitment channels.
What you\'ll do here:
- Create and execute an external sourcing plan to build a strong, diverse talent pools and successfully identify, attract, and source/hire qualified talent
- Develop strong connection to the company values to appropriately promote their workplace culture, career opportunities, and benefits of working there
- Ensure all candidate data and information is captured and saved in ATS, and leverage collaborative sourcing/recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed daily
- Build and maintain brand awareness, a network of industry contacts, and strategic external partnerships
- Participate in campus recruitment and job fair activities
Qualifications:
- 4 solid years plus of experience preferably in construction, recruitment firm or consulting firm, infrastructure or engineering with recruitment of hard to fill roles and/or specific set of skills and qualifications
- Proven history with hard to fill roles and high-volume sourcing scenarios
- Demonstrated passion for sales as it relates to human capital management and talent attraction/recruitment
- Able to operate independently to create recruitment sourcing pipelines and build a talent community
- Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter
