The Group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Chaffoteaux, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.As part of the Parts & Services Team, the Technical Support Specialist is a point of contact for technical heating system issues to clients and consistently delivers high-quality customer service.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Provide customer support for technical heating system issues to clients via email and telephone.\xc2\xb7 Diagnose and resolve product technical issues for customers.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to field technicians to help resolve heating equipment issues.\xc2\xb7 Consistently deliver high-quality customer service to our clients.\xc2\xb7 Assist engineering in the product development cycle.\xc2\xb7 Assist with the product warranty processes.\xc2\xb7 Assist with technical writing, issuing technical bulletins, and product manual updates.\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as required.TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in customer service or a call center\xc2\xb7 Ability to listen effectively and respond professionally.\xc2\xb7 Team player\xc2\xb7 Technical and mechanical inclined and interested.\xc2\xb7 Speaking multiple languages is considered an asset.\xc2\xb7 Interested in continuous learning.We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.NTI Boilers Inc. is a manufacturer of residential and commercial heating equipment founded in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.
