In our technical call center, you will be supporting customers, contractors and callers with a variety of technical issues related to our heating products. This position will have the opportunity to grow and progress in our technical department, and the broader organization!You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Provide customer support for technical heating system issues to clients via email and telephone.
  • Diagnose and resolve product (boilers and related parts) technical issues for customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to field technicians to help resolve heating equipment issues.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service to our clients.
  • Assist engineering in the product development cycle.
  • Assist with the product warranty processes.
  • Assist with technical writing, issuing technical bulletins and product manual updates.
  • Perform other duties as required
The ideal candidate has a background in HVAC or heating, and at minimum completion of high school/GED. They will also have:
  • A preferred Technical degree
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude (customer oriented)
  • Capability to work independently and in a team
  • Technical and/or mechanical inclination and interest
  • Previous experience in customer service or in a call centre, would be a plus!
  • Ability to listen effectively and respond professionally via multilple technologies
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is considered a plus.
