Overview

Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning is looking for a Technical Support Lead, Correction Services to join our global engineering and manufacturing company in satellite positioning and autonomous technology. Join us and do cool stuff that matters! In this role you will help us lead our business forward and support some of the biggest names in our industry. You will coordinate and support demonstrations of Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning's revolutionary technologies and assist new customers who want to integrate our solutions.

This position is with Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Our work touches every aspect of life, from sustainability on Earth to enabling autonomy. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division, your work will contribute to the operation of our brands NovAtel, AutonomouStuff, VERIPOS and Antcom.

The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta; Boulder, Colorado; or Aberdeen, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

As the Technical Support Lead, Corrections Services, you will:

  • Coordinate and support demonstrations of A&P Correction Services
  • Post-evaluation follow-up on A&P Correction Services demonstrations and feedback to product management
  • Provide integration support for new A&P Correction Services
  • Offer training and support to our support teams to successfully demonstrate and support A&P Correction Services post-production
  • Generate and maintain customer-facing content, including application notes, known solutions, and training material on A&P Correction Services
  • Resolve customer support cases escalated from other support teams and oversee cases escalated onward to product development teams
  • Accept new A&P Correction Services into the support organization
Qualifications

Must-Have:
  • Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting customer integration of related solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills and are a self-motivated team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work well with others
  • English fluency with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Valid passport and able to travel worldwide as required

  • Understanding of GNSS and INS systems installation and troubleshooting
