Position: Level 2 Support Specialist
Location: Saint-Laurent, in office
Salary: $75K

Our partner, a leader in their domain, is looking to hire a Level 2 Support Specialist to work on multiple IT projects.

Requirements for this role:
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AS400)
- User management with (Azure) Active Directory
- Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls
- Bilingualism to communicate with employees located outside of Quebec
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to employees, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support
- Install, test and update computer equipment, such as computers, servers, peripherals, software, routers, and firewalls
- Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of the equipment
- Write procedures and technical documents as needed
- Act as a liaison between local employees and the remote service desk to ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Perform any other related IT tasks as required by the organization
- Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of the equipment
- Diagnose and solve different issues
- Provide user support
