TSL is currently seeking and has an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Support Coordinator for our Bearing and Power Transmission customers and products.

The Role



We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement. This position is responsible for providing high-touch, technical support and detailed communication to a select group of key customers with complex requirements while also supporting sales opportunities generated by the TSL technical resource team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, technically savvy, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about industry, thrive in complex industrial applications, have deep product knowledge, are customer centric and enjoy influencing critical maintenance and design decisions.

What You'll Do



Technical Leadership & Expertise

Serve as a primary point of contact for designated key/strategic customers requiring advanced technical support and engagement. Collaborate closely with the internal technical resource team to understand and support sales opportunities. Day to day duties include but are not limited to - Technical research, inquiry qualification, proposals, order entry, purchase order entry, customer and supplier communications Translate complex and detailed technical information into clear, customer-friendly communication. Coordinate and track the progress of technical solutions sales and quote conversions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for customer engagements. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and solution outcomes. Support the sales team by providing technical insights and helping to align solutions with customer needs. Participate in internal meetings to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Work with internal teams to identify and develop technical value propositions for strategic accounts to increase sales of core products and development of internal services and capabilities. Work safely, lead by example and positively contribute corporate culture.

What We're Looking For



Education:

3+ years of experience in technical support, sales support, or customer-facing technical role. Strong understanding of technical products, services, or solutions relevant to the company's offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
