In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and technicians, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and building automation system issues remotely. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the engineering team to ensure timely resolution of product-related concerns, and you will coordinate field service visits when issues require on-site attention.
