Candidate profile details:

  • Degree/Certifications Required: Post secondary
  • Years of experience: 8+ years
  • Interaction with Stakeholders: Internal and external (within bank and vendor) - 100%
Summary of day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Work within client Global Anti Money Laundering Department on the Application Support team.
  • Candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications which will include:
o Reviewing access request form
o Communicating with requesters
o Access provisioning
o Validating access provisioned is correct
o Retaining evidence for audit
o Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
o Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must.
o Good oral and written communication skills is essential
Must have:
  • Application support experience
  • Access provisioning experience
  • Experience report running
  • Proficient within Excel (macros, vlookups)
Soft skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Nice To Have:
  • SQL experience (run queries)
  • AML experience
  • PowerShell experience (run queries)
  • Prior banking or financial experience
