TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT:

We're seeking a front-line Technical Support Agent to support our sales growth and geographic expansion. You'll be headquartered in our home office in Vaughan, Ontario, and be instrumental in delivering the finest client care throughout the sales process from purchase agreement to post-sale support.
You excel in relationship management and conflict resolution, while maintaining a consistently positive, can-do attitude. It's critical your listening skills and creative problem solving match your outlook and uncompromising professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service to both internal teams and external customers.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.
Address customer inquiries and communications as required.
Maintain detailed reports of customer service calls including inquiry descriptions and resolutions.
Work closely with Project Managers and Customer Service Specialists to ensure installs are finished on time.
Build, maintain and update HD Golf's online support tools and documentation (Sales Force Knowledge).
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Liaise with other staff and departments as necessary to assist and support customers.
Update existing customer records as necessary.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting the correction and following up to ensure resolution.
Able to work on-call after hours, weekends and holidays.
Other duties as required.
What we're looking for:
1-3 years of Customer Support experience
Experience with Linux Preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Smart and willing to learn and grow
Great communication skills and a collaborative team player
Comfortable communicating by phone and email
