A typical day in the life of a successful Technical Services Specialist requires technical project management prowess and excellent communication skills. You will receive projects via our support ticketing service, set up scoping calls with clients, and communicate with any stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. You will also participate in continuous improvements projects on an ongoing basis.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a background in client-facing support roles as well as an understanding of data, including models, validation and integration. You will help Absorb's clients solve business problems by carrying out data imports and exports to integrate their systems with Absorb, as well as supporting data issues and various turnkey integrations. You'll also support data analytics and business intelligence through consultation services.
