About the role




The

Technical Services Coordinator - Networking Specialist

is responsible for managing client-facing IT staff, ensuring efficient handling of escalated technical issues, and maintaining smooth collaboration with both internal and outsourced resources.

What you'll do



Oversees client-centered dedicated Tier 1 resources (2 for the client) Takes escalations from Tier 1 and determines appropriate next steps Completes escalated issues in partnership with internal and outsourced staff Provides training, delegating, coordinating, guidance, development, and mentoring to team Executes escalated issues raised by Tier 1 to appropriate resources Assists team members regarding ongoing projects Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Negotiate schedules and deadlines for projects and efforts. Ensures all escalated issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

VLAN's Virtualization based cluster networking Distributed Switch environments Routing and remote access Fortinet and WatchGuard experience an asset Microsoft 356 administration including Conditional access policies and Intune Windows 10, 11 deployment and management Windows Server Administration SQL Server Administration Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V.) Hosted Server environments Clusters and SAN's Multisite networks
