Primary Responsibilities

Completion of Personal Lines and Farm and Commercial billing items Pathway requests & campaigns Transactions (cancellation, reinstatement, policy changes and reissue) Participate in a billing phone queue for direct billing inquiries and payments while answering non-licensed SSK/chat inquiries Update the Duliban Hub with billing information for each company Report on cancellations weekly (ex: identifying cancellations & reasons) Answer/greet and triage incoming phone calls and walk in clients to available insurance professionals across the company in various departments Manage callbacks for all departments according to their specific procedures Reconcile/close out batches including e-transfer summaries, cheques and debit payments received over 1-2 days Prepare mail and courier items as needed Enter leads into zoho generated from client calls, quote emails and monoline emails for sales teams Adherence to all company health and safety policies Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of integrity and professionalism

This is an on-site position and training will take place in Welland, Ontario.
