Core Duties:




Processes Personal Lines Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations for the Personal and Commercial Departments Ensures documentation received from our insurance partners is received and accurate Bills policies automatically or manually and adds them to EPIC (BMS) Ensures Download, ADI and EDOCS have been received on all download companies Ensures EDOCS are named appropriately Ensures that servicing and PR/BR are correct on the file. Updates the Master Renewal list when a renewal has been received and reviewed. Manually renews lines, or issues Service Summary lines for non-download companies Ensures wherever possible documentation is emailed to insureds, and where there is no direct mail the client received documentation via email or mail Confirms that policies have the required coverages in comparison to checklists and applications Advises the broker on file of discrepancies and billing deviances Ensures download, EDOCS and billing is received and named appropriately Uses predefined templates (email and letter) are used appropriately for sending correspondence to insureds Provides back up to reception when required



Location and Commitments:




Can be located at any Miller Insurance office Full-Time (35 hours a week) May be asked to attend functions and represent Miller Insurance Brokers at external events, meetings and other branches as part of the management team
