About the Role

The

Technical Service & Fulfillment Specialist

supports ENVO's customers, dealers, and internal teams by performing hands-on technical service, assembling and inspecting e-bikes, and coordinating order fulfilment and warehouse workflow. This junior role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Service & Support

Perform diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and upgrades on ENVO e-bikes, trikes, and related components. Assist customers and dealers by troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zoho Desk). Conduct warranty inspections and accurately document findings based on ENVO's SOPs. Assemble, tune, and complete QC checks for new e-bikes before shipment or showroom deployment.

2. Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and ship customer and dealer orders with accuracy and compliance with ENVO's packaging standards. Receive inbound shipments, inspect products, and organize inventory according to ENVO's warehouse procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy, proper labeling, and clean storage areas. Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring e-bikes and components are protected and documented correctly.

3. Workshop & Facility Support

Assist with workshop setup, tool maintenance, and general organization. Maintain a clean, efficient work environment following ENVO's safety and operational guidelines. Support demo-bike maintenance and weekly QC checks for bikes in the ENVO showroom.

4. Customer Experience

Provide friendly, professional support to ENVO customers and dealers. Follow through on service cases, document all work, and close tickets in a timely manner. Maintain strong product knowledge and act as a technical resource for the team.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with experience in bicycles or e-bikes Driver License, Class 5. Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or workshop environments is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow ENVO's SOPs and technical instructions. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
