Terms of employment:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify and engage potential clients to explore business opportunities Promote sales to existing clients and maintain long-term relationships Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate quoting and order processing. Prepare and oversee sales orders, contracts, proposals, and reports Deliver sales presentations tailored to client requirements Conduct sales transactions, including online/e-commerce payments Utilize CRM, ERP, and sales forecasting software to track performance and manage client data Follow up with clients after sales or signed contracts to provide ongoing support Troubleshoot product or equipment-related problems Advertise and promote products, services, and sales initiatives Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries Participate in sales meetings, training, and team initiatives to achieve targets

Qualification/ Skills

Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Qualifications and Skills: Must be able to communicate in English College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Lifting and/or carrying anywhere from 0llbs to 50llbs. Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Repetitive tasks; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail Personal suitability: Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Organized; Reliability; Team player Operate primarily in an office environment. Use standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Occasional travel to meet clients, sell products and attend meetings. Pressure to produce tangible results and complete projects within tight timelines.
