Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Identifying, reaching out, and establishing new clients.
2. Assessing client's need and resources and recommending accordant service and product.
3. Traveling to client's required location to give demonstration and presentation to help clients discover and understand product/services if needed.
4. Liaising with existing clients.
5. Answering customer client inquires and providing tenders, proposals, and quotation.
6. Preparing and administering sales contracts.
7. Invoicing clients.
8. Providing pre-sale and post-sale support.
9. Reviewing cost and sales performance.

Requirement:

1. At least 5 years of experience in sales required
2. Comprehensive understanding and knowledge in field related to HVAC and plumbing
3. Bachelor's degree in HVAC and plumbing related field is preferred
4. Owns vehicle, as this job may requires employee to travel to client's desired location to provide demonstration or prepare quote for cost

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours / week; 6-8 hours / day

Wage: 39.00 per hour

Benefit: 4% vacation pay
