Job Summary



Sirkit is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role blends technical acumen with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will be the technical backbone of our sales team, partnering with the CRO to build and close new business opportunities through insightful assessments, precision-built proposals, and relationship-driven engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves learning new technologies, and takes full ownership of the administrative and strategic sales process -- all while keeping every detail organized and on track behind the scenes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities



Partner closely with the CRO to qualify leads, conduct onsite technical assessments, and uncover client pain points and business objectives. Take initiative and own all follow-up processes -- ensuring that prospects and internal stakeholders have the information and timelines they need to move forward. Draft proposals with a high degree of accuracy and polish, ensuring they reflect both the technical requirements and strategic goals uncovered in assessments. Organize and track every sales interaction in HubSpot -- including calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and documentation. Build supporting materials such as presentation decks, case studies, and technical demos that enhance the sales process. Maintain and configure HubSpot CRM tools to improve sales workflows, visibility, and efficiency. Represent Sirkit at networking events, conferences, and industry mixers, cultivating new relationships and referral partners. Document and hand off signed opportunities clearly and accurately to onboarding and project teams. Stay up to date with certifications, IT best practices, and industry trends through ongoing research, vendor engagement, and formal training.

Skills/Abilities



Technical Skills



Level 2 IT Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure), networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices. Solution Design: Ability to match technical solutions to business problems effectively. CRM Proficiency: Strong skills with tools like HubSpot for tracking, organizing, and optimizing the sales pipeline. Proposal Development: Precision in building and customizing technical proposals, presentations, and documentation. Certifications (or pursuit thereof): CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar.

Analytical & Organizational Abilities



Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure no detail falls through the cracks, especially in documentation and proposals. Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously with minimal oversight. Process-Oriented Thinking: Can systematize tasks like assessments, CRM updates, and handoffs to ensure consistency and scalability. Problem Solving: Ability to quickly assess technical environments and identify gaps or risks.

Qualifications/Experience



2+ years in sales, technical sales support, or client-facing roles within the IT/MSP space. 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in IT support, infrastructure, networking, or systems administration. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and endpoint management. Proficient with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), quoting tools, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills -- capable of explaining technical concepts in a simple and persuasive way. Naturally detail-oriented and highly organized -- thrives in environments where accuracy and follow-up are critical. Comfortable balancing client-facing engagement with administrative responsibilities like data entry, reporting, and proposal creation. Committed to continuous learning and obtaining certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or M365 Administrator Associate.
