Accuenergy is an international based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities:

Answer sales calls/emails Diagnose and advise on best project or application fit Gather project information, specifications and requirements Manage projects, accounts, and updates using CRM Become a customer consultant Work with customer base to understand typical equipment, competitors, and other market analysis Providing timely and accurate client feedback Create on-demand documents such as, guides, procedures, and application papers Work with other internal teams Managing multiple accounts at a time Follow up with clients to ensure needs wants desires are met Host client meetings Become subject matter expert in specific applications Attend trade shows in North America and rest of world Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Computer Engineer Technology diploma OR Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) diploma OR bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a related field) Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Knowledge of power and electrical systems Ability to review, understand, and convey technical product information in an effective manner to a varied audience Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats. Strong customer service skills

Preferred Requirements

Previous experience with B2B sales Background in metering or electrical systems Enjoy learning new skills, technologies, and products
