The Role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued Canadian clients. You'll bring strong technical knowledge, consultative sales skills, and a proactive approach to every interaction. From site visits and technical reviews to solution design and contract negotiations, you'll ensure that clients feel supported and confident in their partnership with TURBINE-X.

What You'll Do
Build Lasting Relationships - Serve as the go-to contact for legacy clients across Canada, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.
Deliver Tailored Solutions - Recommend and design solutions such as genset packaging, switchgear, BESS, and microgrid integration.
Bring Technical Expertise - Collaborate with engineering and commissioning teams to create customized proposals and technical documents.
Stay Market-Savvy - Keep up with Canadian energy trends and regulations while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Represent TURBINE-X - Participate in trade shows, client forums, and industry events to strengthen relationships and expand visibility.
Support Growth - Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and territory strategy alongside the Director of Sales.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; 5+ years in technical sales or account management in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven Track Record: Success in managing long-term client relationships and complex sales cycles.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with genset systems, switchgear, BESS, and industrial power applications.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, client-focused, and eager to make a lasting impact.
Preferred: Experience with Canadian oil & gas, mining, or data centers; bilingual (English/French); microgrid or energy storage expertise.
