Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative with experience in the prefab, construction, and building components industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of truss systems, structural components, and prefabricated building solutions. This role requires a combination of sales expertise and technical knowledge to engage with contractors, builders, architects, and developers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with building component manufacturers,

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and building components industry.

Provide technical expertise on trusses, prefabricated building materials, and structural components to customers.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.

Stay up to date with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements in prefab and construction materials.

Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions for their projects.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales within the construction, prefab, or truss industry.

Strong knowledge of building materials, structural components, and prefabrication processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
