Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Electronic Engineer Technical Sales Representative to join Electronics4All with previous experience in carrying out technical sales in Industrial/Governmental field. The responsibilities will include professionally representing the E4A with respect to the promotion and sale of wireless sensors to various customers and end users within assigned territory. You will be responsible for promoting, maintaining, and developing our client's market area to increase profitability by promoting the sales and rotating equipment solutions to new and existing customers while maintaining an extensive presence and actively seeking new sales opportunities with clients within North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Advise customers on product selection via phone calls, email and in person.
Nurture existing clients and prospect for new accounts.
General customer service and support in a technical industrial retail environment.
Continuing skills development and increasing product & technical knowledge with developing extensive knowledge regarding various products and services
Work with other sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management to meet customer needs.
Assume Account Representative / Account Management responsibility including the provision and/or coordination of services (installation, customer training, etc.) to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings.
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sales.
Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
Investigate and resolve customer problems regarding delivery dates, billings, financing and other related matters.
Maintain correct and complete records of all sales-related activities.
In addition to uncovering upgrades and upselling opportunities within the existing account base will be creating a new market share by selling Electronics4All Inc. products and services to new local commercial customers. Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
Conduct post-installation follow-up by contacting customers, ensuring commitments are met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service. Obtain referrals. Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Finding new customers, creating and delivering presentations, understanding customer needs, providing support, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts.
Adhere to current Electronics4All Inc. policies, procedures, products, programs and services.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (required) in Marketing, Business or Engineering.
Proven Industrial Industry experience and basic technical knowledge is an asset
Experience designing, deploying and supporting customer solutions in a technology related field - 5 years (preferred)
Technical understanding of industrial sensors and automation
Experience with and understanding of programmable logical controllers
Experience with negotiation skills
Sales skills to promote and sell industrial sensors, with the ability to close deals and reach sales targets
Computer experience includes proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, MS Teams, Word, Excel spreadsheet formulas and job costing systems.
