Inside Sales Representative

Benshaw Canada has a full time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this position you will provide quotations and customer service support to distributors, customers and other business partners. This position will require exceptional communication and organizational skills in fielding customer inquiries by phone and email. You will be part of a global team with a primary focus in Canada and South America.

What will you do?

Work directly with distributors and customers; responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, entering orders and expediting shipments Work closely with the Territory Sales Managers, engineering, production, service and other departments within Benshaw to provide appropriate solutions for customers Maintain and populate customer databases

What you bring to the position:

College diploma or equivalent education in Electrical Engineering Technology Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in technical sales Exceptional customer service skills, enhanced by excellent written and verbal communication Strong computer skills, including working with Excel Experience with CRM Software

The following would be an asset but are not required:

An Electrical/Electronic Technician or Technologist Certificate Experience and/or understanding of motor control products, applications and the electrical motor control industry

Pay: $27.87-$34.84 per hour
